The Shuruq Rug

A very special traditional Rabat rug in a beautiful deep green hue with a colorful border. Each bit of graphic imagery on this rug holds special significance in Berber symbolism.  This vintage piece was handwoven in Morocco by skilled artisans preserving Moroccan weaving technique and culture. No two handwoven rugs are alike, and each piece is a true work of art.
